Paper
We print on a premium 240gsm paper with a silk finish that produces market leading whiteness, smoothness and reproduces flawless images.
Printing
We print using 4-color process lithography - the gold standard in the printing industry. Specialised metal plates transfer the design to rollers and then to the paper, producing brilliant prints.
Frames
Our frames are beautifully made from high-grade aluminium. We only use the best components, like our optical interference coated acrylic that reduce reflections or the acid-free paper inlay that protects your print from discoloration.

Orders placed before 6pm will be shipped the next day. Orders will be delivered within 3 business days.
Returns
Returning damaged items
Despite our best attempts to protect prints before shipping, occasionally prints do get damaged. Please contact customer support within 7 days if your order is damaged on arrival and we will send a replacement.
I’ve changed my mind
Sometimes it just doesn’t work out. The design may not complement your space or you’ve just changed your mind. In any case, we are happy to refund any item within 14 days providing it is returned in its original condition without wear and tear. We will process returns within 7 working days.

We're serious about the planet.
Carbon generated by the paper production process is offset in partnership with the Woodland Trust.
Waste paper from the production process is recycled and re-pulped into new paper.
We use vegetable-based ISO 14001 certified inks. So no petrolium, animal fats or mercury.
Waste from the printing process is sent to a biomass plant to generate sustainable energy fuels.
